How Does Ultrasonic Cavitation Work?

Traditional liposuction requires an invasive procedure to remove fat from areas such as the abdomen, thighs, neck, and arms. Ultrasonic cavitation uses low-frequency sound waves to burst fat cells, transforming their contents into free fatty acids that are naturally disposed of by the lymphatic system. Once the toxins are released, they will be excreted over 72 hours through your fecal matter, urine or sweat. Sound waves of 40,000HZ may be emitted to the human body for impacting fat cells fiercely and causing friction motions between the fat cells. This process reduces the number of fat cells in the treatment area and thereby effectively removes fat. To ensure your body responds well to ultrasound cavitation, drink 1.5L of water prior tiseo and following your treatment. Stagger 2L intake of water over 24 hours, for three days post-treatment. Clients are advised to have a 2L bottle with them, which will encourage them to keep up their water intake.
The ultrasound cavitation treatment works by eliminating fat and toxins via the lymphatic and urinary systems. The body requires  three days to properly eliminate the fat and toxins after a treatment. Treatment intervals also need to reflect this; at least three days must pass between each session. For most clients, I recommend a minimum of between 6 to 12 cavitation treatments for best results.

Maintaining a low calorie, low carbohydrate, low fat and low sugar diet will help achieve the best results. This is to ensure your body utilizes the triglycerides (a type of body fat) released by the cavitation process. If suitable, I also encourage my clients to stick to this diet as much as they can. Many find this to be a great starting point for  maintaining a healthier lifestyle in the future.
A minimum of 20 minutes of elevated heart rate cardio exercise is required post-treatment. This is best to be done immediately after the treatment, and for three days following. This is to ensure the stored energy released by the cavitation process is burnt off.
